1. Who we are
TesselBee is published by Henri Hanot, a French sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, micro-entreprise), 1, la Barre, 36220 Mérigny, France, SIREN 790 072 557, EU VAT number FR82790072557. Contact: contact@tesselbee.com. See the legal notice for the rest.
2. The service
TesselBee is a node-based procedural 3D editor that runs in the browser. You build geometry, textures and shaders as graphs, export to glTF, USD and MaterialX, and share graphs by link. It also includes a Marketplace of graphs, a desktop app, and an MCP bridge to the AI agent of your choice.
It needs a browser that exposes WebGPU. Use the free plan or the trial to check your machine before paying.
TesselBee is in public beta, so features get added, changed and removed. If we remove a feature that a running subscription includes, we tell you at least 30 days ahead, and you may cancel and get back what you paid for the unused period.
Anything the site describes as team-only or in closed testing is not part of the offer.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 15. Minors need a parent's or guardian's consent to subscribe.
- One account, one person. Don't share it, and keep your password to yourself.
- You're responsible for what happens through your account, including through a desktop app, agent token or AI agent you connected to it.
- If you think your account has been compromised, tell us right away.
When you create an account, you tick the box that accepts these terms and the privacy policy; before paying, a second box accepts the terms of sale.
4. Plans, trial and subscription
- Every account gets the free plan, with project and storage limits shown in the app.
- The free trial opens the full app once per account, with no card, for the length shown when you start it. When it ends, the account goes back to the free plan and nothing is charged.
- The paid subscription gives you the full app, with the limits shown when you subscribe, plus the MCP bridge.
Each offer is described on the Subscription tab of your account in the editor. The description shown when you subscribe is part of the contract.
We may give some accounts full access for free, for instance beta testers. That access creates no obligation to pay, and we may end it with 30 days' notice.
5. Price and payment
The price is shown on the Subscription tab before you pay, in euros, VAT included.
You pay by card through Stripe, on the day you subscribe and then on the same date each month. Subscribe during the trial and the first charge happens when the trial ends.
A running subscription keeps the price and limits of the day you subscribed for as long as it isn't interrupted. New pricing only applies to later subscriptions.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and you can update your card. If it fails for good, the subscription ends and the account returns to the free plan, with nothing deleted.
Download invoices with "Invoices and payment method".
6. Term and cancellation
The subscription runs for one month and renews every month until you cancel.
Cancel any time online with "Cancel subscription" on the Subscription tab, or by emailing us. It takes effect at the end of the current month: you keep access until then and aren't charged again. The current month isn't refunded pro rata, except under sections 7 and 8.
Once the subscription ends, your projects and files stay available. You just can't create projects or upload files beyond the free plan's limits.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason and at no cost (French Consumer Code, Art. L221-18 et seq.).
To do so, press "Withdraw from the contract here" on the Subscription tab of your account in the editor, then "Confirm withdrawal". You can also email contact@tesselbee.com or send the form below. We confirm receipt by email, with the date and time of your notice.
We refund you within 14 days of your request, to the payment method you used. If you expressly asked for the subscription to start before the withdrawal period ended, we keep an amount proportional to the service provided until you withdrew (Art. L221-25). You make that request by ticking a box before paying. Without such a request, the refund is in full.
Withdrawal form
To Henri Hanot EI, 1, la Barre, 36220 Mérigny, France, contact@tesselbee.com:
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: TesselBee subscription.
- Subscribed on: …
- Name: …
- Account email: …
- Date: …
8. Legal guarantees
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (French Consumer Code, Art. L224-25-12 et seq.) for the whole time the subscription runs. If the service isn't as the contract says, you're entitled to have it brought into conformity free of charge, within a reasonable time of no more than 30 days. Failing that, you can get a price reduction or end the contract, with a refund for the period when the service didn't conform.
These guarantees come on top of these terms. Nothing here limits them.
Keep a copy of work that matters to you. glTF, GLB and USD export is there for that too.
9. Your content
Your graphs, your uploaded files and the models, textures and materials you export are yours. You can use them, commercially too, without owing TesselBee anything.
So that the service can work, you give us a free licence, for as long as needed, to store, copy, process and display that content to you, and to show publicly what you share by link or publish to the Marketplace. The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies others have already taken under section 10.
You confirm that you hold the rights needed for anything you upload, share or publish.
Anyone with a share link can open the graph and adjust its controls without an account. You can turn the link off at any time.
10. The Marketplace
Publishing a project makes a copy of the graph, the files it uses and the listing's images public, along with your author name, a title and a description. You pick the licence other users receive it under:
- CC0: you waive your rights; anyone may do anything with it.
- CC BY: anyone may use and modify it, commercially too, as long as they credit you.
- Personal use: anyone may open, modify and use it for themselves, but not republish or resell it.
You grant that licence to other users directly; TesselBee isn't a party to it. Withdrawing a listing stops new opens, but copies already taken stay with their users under the original licence.
We may remove a listing that breaks the law or these terms, and we'll tell you why (section 12).
11. What you may not do
- Upload, share or publish illegal content, such as infringing, hateful or child sexual abuse material, or content that invades someone's privacy.
- Get into someone else's account, or get around plan limits or payment.
- Disrupt the service with attacks, deliberate overload, mass scraping or bulk account creation.
- Sell or rent out access to your account.
- Decompile the software, except where the law allows it (French Intellectual Property Code, Art. L122-6-1).
- Use an AI agent to do anything these terms forbid you to do.
12. Reports and moderation decisions
Our single point of contact for users and for authorities (Articles 11 and 12 of the EU Digital Services Act) is contact@tesselbee.com, in English or French.
To report content you believe is illegal, use "Report" on a Marketplace listing, or email us with the exact address of the content, why you think it's illegal, your name and email, and a statement that you're reporting in good faith. We acknowledge receipt, look into it promptly and let you know what we decided.
When we remove content or suspend an account, we tell the person concerned which facts, reason and rule the decision rests on. They can contest it by replying, and a person reviews the decision again. Decisions are made by people, not automated tools. Going to court remains an option.
13. AI agents
The MCP bridge lets an AI agent you choose act in your tab with your permissions. You choose the agent and its provider, and you answer for what it does. TesselBee no longer has a built-in AI assistant and sends your projects to no model provider.
14. What belongs to TesselBee
The software, the node library, the documentation, and the TesselBee name and logos belong to Henri Hanot EI. While the contract runs you may use them for your own purposes; you can't transfer that right.
If you send us suggestions, we may use them freely without owing you anything.
15. Suspension and closure
You can delete your account at any time. Your projects, files and listings are then erased, and any running subscription is cancelled with no refund for the period already started, unless you withdraw (section 7).
For a serious breach of these terms, such as illegal content, an attack or payment fraud, we may suspend or close an account. We warn you first unless it's urgent, and we always give the reason.
If we shut TesselBee down, we give account holders at least 60 days' notice so they can export their work, and we refund any unused subscription period.
16. Liability
We are liable for our own failures as the law provides. We aren't liable for users' content, for AI agents you connect, or for force majeure.
If you use TesselBee for business, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the event, and excludes indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for personal injury, or the rights you have by law as a consumer.
17. Personal data
The privacy policy covers what data we process, who receives it, how long we keep it and your rights.
18. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We email account holders at least 30 days before a significant change takes effect. If you don't accept it, you can cancel before then. Price changes never affect a running subscription (section 5).
19. Governing law, complaints and mediation
These terms are governed by French law. Consumers living elsewhere in the EU keep the protection of their own country's mandatory rules.
If something goes wrong, email contact@tesselbee.com first. Consumers who aren't satisfied with our answer can refer the matter to a consumer mediator, free of charge, within a year of their written complaint: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, phone +33 1 89 47 00 14, www.cm2c.net, litiges@cm2c.net.
Failing agreement, consumers can go to the court the law designates, including the one where they live. Between businesses, the courts of Châteauroux have sole jurisdiction.
